已为准和以为准区别

概念不同、表示不同。

1、概念不同。已为是指已经而为，已经作为，或者是已经发生，做了的事情，事项，工作等，而以为是指自以为，认为，判断肯定的意思。

2、表示不同。已为指已经为达到某种程度或某事做出了行动。表示已经做过的事情。而以为指作为，用作；“以之为”的省略形式，表示未作为的事情。

付款为准是以最终付款方式或金额为标准的意思。甲乙双方把合同拟定好之后，关于合同的内容条件付款方式、交货方式、发运方式等，到了最后，最关键一个合同是否履行，那就要看这个付款了，付款之后那就证明合同已经履行了，以实际付款为准。
