芽笼，小印度慕斯达法，牛车水。劳明达，四马路，新加坡很多地方都有夜市. The shops close at 10 pm except for shops in 芽笼 (Geylang). Geylang shops open till 3 am in the morning. Geylang road is throned by many foreigners, especially Chinese from China, Indian from India.
If you want to shop 24 hours, I suggest you go to Mustafa emporium in Serangoon road. It is at the end of little India (小印度慕斯达法). Mustafa is big with 2 big buildings of 4 storeys
