The Australia cities are quite safe and there are many things to do, especially in Sydney. You can visit the opera house, take a boat across the harbor, climb the bridge or just relax on Bondi beach.

I want to say that any other city in the developed world isn’t safe, of course you shouldn’t wander in central park after dark, but be sure, you will face no more dangers here as a single traveler.
