1、水内加入一勺食盐和白醋,下入羊肚浸泡10分钟。洗羊肚时要加食盐,因为食盐渗入羊肚会因为渗透压逼出羊肚内的黏液,而加一勺白醋是利用酸性软化羊肚肉质,从而做到可以更好的洗出羊肚内的腥味和腥水;2、用手搓洗,洗去羊肚内外黏液。被白醋和食盐浸泡后的羊肚因为被白醋软化了,食盐渗透压逼出腥水过,所以可以轻松搓洗掉羊肚表层黏液;
3、撒上一层玉米粉来回搓洗即可洗净。因为玉米粉本身非常干燥,加入羊肚内可以很好的吸附羊肚上的异味和剩余黏液,所以一起搓洗可以很快的洗净羊肚,建议这样反复搓洗2次即可快速洗净羊肚了,没有玉米面的话用面粉代替也可以。
