芝士奶盖做法


草莓芝士奶盖:

主料:草莓15个、茉莉绿茶150毫升、冰块几个、糖15克。

辅料:淡奶油100毫升、牛奶30毫升、糖15克、盐1克、奶油芝士20克、抹茶粉少许。

步骤1、准备好各种材料,草莓洗净去蒂,茉莉绿茶晾凉,淡奶油需提前冷藏一晚。

步骤2、草莓切成大块,将其中10颗草莓和冰块、茉莉绿茶茶汤、糖一起放入搅拌杯中。

步骤3、将搅拌杯装入卡槽,打开电源开关,搅拌5-8秒后,暂停

步骤4、开盖加入剩下的5颗草莓,再启动搅拌3秒左右,倒入杯中备用。分两次加入草莓,能让茶饮里有小颗草莓粒,口感更好,所以第二次搅打时间一定要短。加入的糖量和绿茶茶汤的量,可根据个人喜好和草莓的甜度,酌情增减。

步骤5、将奶油芝士隔水小火加热,融化成液体

步骤6、将牛奶和冷藏的淡奶油加入晾凉的奶油芝士里,加糖后用电动打蛋器打发

步骤7、打发到缓缓流动的粘稠状态

步骤8、将做好的奶盖浇在杯中的草莓茶上面
