小青柑茶正确泡法如下:
1、掀盖冲泡法。
拆开包装,取出完整的小青柑。将小青柑上的小盖揭开,放入盖碗或者便携冲泡壶中。水开后第一遍洗茶,第二遍润茶,第三遍才开始每次浸泡5秒后出茶,之后可逐渐增加浸泡水时间,保证茶汤的口感与滋味。
建议第五遍冲泡过后,可以使用陶壶、银壶、不锈钢壶、玻璃壶等直接煮茶,滋味更加醇厚、果香更加浓郁。
2、碎皮冲泡法。
拆开包装,取出完整的小青柑。将小青柑小心掰碎,将柑皮与茶叶同时放入杯中或壶中。加入开水冲泡,第一遍洗茶,第二遍润茶,前五泡请一定快速出汤,避免茶汤过于浓郁,可能会发苦、发涩。
五泡以后,可逐渐增加浸泡水时间,保证茶汤的口感与滋味。大约能够冲泡13泡左右。
